Uglavnom smo doruckovali u apartmanu.Hrana je na Zlatiboru uvek odlicna,posebno komplet lepinja,cene po restoranima i kaficima su ocekivane za turisticko mesto,i nisu ni preterano skupo,uglavnom vecini koja moze da priusti dolazak na Zlatibor su pristupacne.S obzirom da je bila Nova godina cene u marketima su bile i vise nego dobre,konstantno su bile akcije na pice i bilo je dobrih zaliha.Guzva kao i uvek.Svi su druzeljubivi i veoma fini i to cini iskustvo sve ukupno lepse.

Svi su nam pricali da je miran kraj,u sta verujemo kada nije vreme praznika,ali mislim da je pritisak vlasnika i osoblja malo veci,s obzirom da su apartman koji se nalazio ispod nas i jos dva u zgradi konstantno pravili zurke.Razumem da su mozda drugi vlasnici i izdavaci,ali je isti vlasnik zgrade.Pricali smo sa njima i ispalo je da je samo nama pravljen problem zbog zurke,koja se odrzala za docek nove godine,i mislim da je malo panicna bila pretnja isterivanja iz apartmana.Gazda nas je ispostovao i pustio da ostanemo,ali poslednjeg dana kada smo trebali da odemo,receno nam je da izadjemo ranije i nismo stigli da ocistimo apartman,sto je dovelo do loseg pristupa vlasnika.Sve u svemu mislim da je samo doslo do loseg pristupa i nas koji smo iznajmili i vlasnika koji nam je izdao.Srecni praznici,sve najbolje!

Location and view of the room was good. Dining table is new, living room furniture is very good but we missed Microwave oven in Kitchen. Kitchen stuffed with all required crockery and cutlery. Sadly, bathroom did not have bathing soap or liquid and no shampoo but it had clean and enough towels.

Host was only concerned with his payment. We had to wait for full 20 minutes for someone to come and check us in while at check out he came promptly and was present inside the room while we were doing our final packing, having our breakfast and till we did baggae down and left. He did not lend us hand in bringing the luggage down and was completely indifferent. There was no check in counter or anything. Inspite of informing the contact person that we have arrived at the property, he did not come immediately. He did not even have the courtsey to tell us the door code so we could go and wait inside. We were waiting with kids in freezing temprature outside the property. One of the occupants opened the door so we can atleast wait inside and then she called the owners again to inform that their guests are waiting for him. He took another 15 minutes after that call to come. Pathetic service. He did not show us around the room to explain everything. We had to ask for wifi password and password for main door of property. He called someone to ask for it and since he did not know English, he was not able to communicate well. He just claimed his payment and left. The host was communicative on Booking.com message service only. The room is very open plan with no privacy. The architecture is poor. The beds are stuck inside the walls. When you sleep on them you feel so claustrophobic as walls and roof are just creeping on you. Extremely poor bed position. Not at all recommended for families. Our stay at this property was uncomfortable as we could not sleep because of poor bed positions.
