About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment in the heart of Los Gigantes, overlooking Plaza Buganvilla / Plaza Los Gigantes. Accommodates up to 4 people, with a double bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa in the lounge. The apartment faces the town’s square offering a beautiful view of its center. The square offers a variety of restaurants and bars. 300 meters away are a local beach and natural swimming pools. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi and a Smart TV and streaming services (no local channels).
Please note the following:
- The apartment is centrally located in the town square live music can often be heard into the evenings on the balcony side of the apartment as it faces the town's main square. Spain is a country with rich culture and traditions hence often times a stage is erected in front of the church and frequent impromptu celebrations take place (from late November through May).
- Guest Registry: Per recent changes to Spanish and local law regarding short term rentals every guest must be registered with local government. We will make all the arrangements to complete the guest registry online. In-person registration carries a $50 fee.
- A confirmed Homeaway/VRBO reservation is considered a written and electronically signed contract between the guest and the host. This contract is valid from the date of check-in and expires on the date of check-out. This contract is consistent with described dates, conditions and regulations as outlined on the booking site and also required by recent changes to Spanish and local law regarding short term rentals. Cancellations and alterations are in line with and subject to VRBO policy. Prices include 7% IGIC.
***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES*** This includes use of vapes and e-cigarettes.

Los gigantes is a lovely place. We went there for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The owner Greg cant be more helpful. I can recommend this place and apartment to any one. tommy from Ireland.

Great apartment. Fab location overlooking the square with a big balcony. It was clean and very well equipped. Will definitely stay there again. The owners were easily contactable and very helpful.

Close to excellent restaurants, bars ,coffee shops and supermarkets. Appt. fully furnished with smart tv, dvd and washing machine. Had all that was advertised on site. Constant hot water. Large balcony with two sunloungers and eating area for four people. Excellent sun trap from early morning to night time. We travelled in January with sunrise (c) 8am and sunset (c) 7pm. Overall area gorgeous , lots to see and do , we walked to nearby Puerto de Santiago , Playa de la Arena and along the beautiful costal walk way to Alcala. Playa San Juan also worth a day trip with market on a Wednesday. Overall excellent stay, highly recommend the area and would come back to this appt. We were lucky to meet Greg and Ania when we arrived, lovely couple who wanted to make sure we had a great stay.

Very clean, outdoor furniture needs replacing. Also for a long stay there should be a change of bedding
