About this apartment rental
Our 3 bed 2 bath newly-furnished resort-style luxury condo at Windsor palms resort offers you a “home away from home” experience. You can relax and unwind in an informal setting with the amenities of an upscale hotel.
We are conveniently located 5 miles away from the gates of disney world. Our condo is within the famous windsor palms resort, often viewed as one of the best resorts in the area. Our vacation home can accommodate 6-8 guests.
- the living room and all 3 bedrooms have private flat screen tvs.
- master suite holds a king-sized bed. The other bedrooms have queen and two twin sized beds.
- laundry rooms are equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
- fully-equipped kitchen for your cooking and dining needs.
- high-speed internet access and international calling is free of charge for our guests.
Guest access:
We have a local property management company with on-call representatives who are available on a 24/7 basis for any emergency. The clubhouse staff is very friendly and will be happy to provide you with answers to any questions you may have. This gated resort-community is secured through a single-point entrance and security personnel. At least 1 week before your check-in date you will receive the access code to our condo door. There will be no hassles in obtaining your access code as there is no need to pick it up from another location!

This is our 3rd year at Windsor Palms. Location and amenities are first rate. The only negative was an uncomfortable living room sofa, no chairs to sit on other than hard dining room chairs.

We Had a wonderful stay , 30 minutes to universal and very close to Disney parks, the kids Disney themed room was very cute! the units owner was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive when we needed her. We would stay here again

Convenient distance to Disney. Noticeable wear and tear but everything worked. Spacious. Easy parking. Great property/amenities - we had a lot of fun at the pool/pool bar/playground. Very responsive to messages. Had most things you need, although only had 5 cups and there were 7 of us. no wine glasses. air handler needs a serious cleaning. two of the beds were comfy. the bunk beds are straight coils, incredibly squeaky, and upper rails are a safety hazard (duct taped). Cleaning crew just let themselves in while we were packing (before check out time). Would recommend this property once bunk beds are replaced/air handler cleaned

The resort was fabulous, great pool, hot tub, gym and other amenities. Convenient to all major attractions, restaurants.
The apt is also lovely and spacious.
However, the apt needed a thorough cleaning. After I paid fully, and it was nonrefundable, I received instructions that the cleaning staff only has time to vacuum, wash sheets and quickly dust in between guests. Guests were expected to wash all the towels except the last ones used. This prompted me to wash all the towels before use. I also washed the sheets and our comforter since it did not look clean. In these days of the pandemic especially, how can they rely on guests to wash all the towels and such. Guests were also supposed to run all diahes through the dishwasher and put them away. We complied with everything, but the apt needs more care. The cleaning fee and rates charged are high enough to ensure a clean rental. There many that were cheaper in the complex but rented for the time frame o needed..I had a brand new pair of slippers with me. The white bottoms were black in a day. The teapots were not even usable. Sheets were microfiber and just clung to the person, constantly slipping off the bed. With some needed painting and a good cleaning, the home will be a lovely rental.
