The building work going on all day. Development still ongoing for the hotel and all near by hotels.

The facilities at the hotel were great. Very clean rooms and clean throughout the hotel.

I arrived at 4 am in the morning with just me and my seven year old little boy. I went to the reception desk to check in. I paid for my stay on arrival and was given keys to the fourth floor. I wasn't shown where to go I found my own way lugging our cases in the dark. When I went to put the key in the door it was jammed. I tried for about 10 mins in the dark and no luck. No one came to check and see if I was ok. I then had to go all the way back down to reception and the guy was convinced I wasn't doing it right and kept telling me how to open the door. He clearly didn't want to have to come and help me Anyways he had no choice, he came and checked it out and realised the lock on the door was broken. I then had to wait in the dark corridor until he came back with another key to another room on another floor. We then went into our new room showrmered and crashed out, at this point I just wanted to sleep. In the morning I woke up to a nice puddle outside the bathroom. The shower was leaking had leaked onto all of our unopened suitcased. I then told reception who then gave me a key to another room. I was only staying at this hotel for 4 days and by this point I wasn't impressed at all. Another incident happened with with hotel manager/owner. We was by the pool and had friends come to meet us. They paid to use the facilities in the hotel. We saw another family order a huge furit platter which looked amazing so we decided to order the same. When ours came out it was small, old and not fresh. We questioned why ours so different from the one we saw and they replied with that's a family friend so they get this one. We sent the fruit platter back only to find that we was charged for it. We asked to speak to the manager who was disgustingly rude, aggressive and argumentative. He challenged us and told us the fruit is fine and shouted. He said "look its fine you try it "and began eating it and told us to do the same.
