The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good place for a couple. Parking right outside the door.
Nice pool (that we didn’t take advantage of) in the clubhouse.

I had thought it was in Kennybunkport but it’s in Wells. Nice facility. We had hoped we could check in early because we had taken the red eye from California. They said no early check in. We went to the club house and were waiting there. The club house manager called the owner I guess and then they let us in earlier. It was a nice place but the furniture and accessories are old fashion but I knew it was like that from the pictures. It was on the lower level and good for handicapped. The front door has a real high step so I had to open the back door for my husband. It would be great if a ramp was put in at the front door. ThanksSally & Philip frim California
