Erica was an amazing host – very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with tips about the city. Even though I arrived late, she patiently waited for me. Communication was smooth and easy.
The room was just what I needed: quiet, comfortable, and cool. The apartment had everything – slippers, towels (even a beach towel), shower gel – and I could use the kitchen freely.
The location is great: about 25 minutes’ walk to the city center, with a bus stop just 1 minute away and a tram stop 3 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are also nearby.
I highly recommend staying with Erica, and I’ll definitely choose her place again when I return to Alicante!

Erika es una anfitriona atenta, muy cercana y agradable. La casa está muy limpia,en la habitación disponía de un ventilador aunque no lo usé todas las noches ya que bajaba la temperatura. En la nevera dispones de espacio para colocar tu compra y tienes la cocina y enseres a tu disposición. El tram para a escasos 5 minutos y también hay paradas de autobuses muy cerca. En fin, una experiencia que repetiría sin dudarlo.
Nada, todo estuvo bien.

Простора кімната, чудово працює кондиціонер, великий холодильник, власниця продала транспортну картку, підказала як добиратись до пляжу, і загалом доволі привітно відкликалась на прохання
Тріщини на сідалі унітазу, довго чекати поки піде тепла вода з душу, особисті речі власниці у ванній кімнаті та в шафах. вода з кондиціонеру зливається в бутель, тож треба постійно контролювати чи він не наповнився до верху, бо почне протікати. двері в кімнату зачиняються на замок лише з середини, тож коли ви йдете з дому краще беріть все цінне з собою, сейфа немає. Фена і праски немає, лише той який у власниці. Власниця вимагає відкривати двері в кімнату і вікно навстіж, бо так утворюється протяг. Їсти в кімнаті категорично забороняє, грозиться тим, що якщо заведуться мурахи то виводити їх матимете за свій рахунок. Власниця заходить до кімнати коли вас немає, від цього доволі некомфортно. Власниця росіянка, розмовляє лише іспанською або російською. Назвала вторгнення росії не війною, а спеціальною воєнною операцією.
