12 person holiday home in Saltum-By Traum

Holiday cottage with swimming pool and good location close to the ocean at Saltum Strand. The pool area has tiled floors and large pool of approx. 18 m2 with swimming coach and water slide. Please note the pool is heated with a heat pump. There is a 2 person whirlpool and sauna for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances such as cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room is comfortable and cosy furnished, heated by electric heating and the cosy wood-burning stove, which can be rotated so it can heat in several directions. The house is also equipped with a DVD player, stereo set with CD player and TV. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms with toilet, wash basin, shower and underfloor heating. The house is equipped with washing machine, dryer, high chair and cot. The areas around the house invites for walks both in the dunes and on the beach. The house is located on a 1750 m2 plot approx. 900 m from the North Sea. There are large terraces around the house with good opportunities to find shelter. For the children there is a lowered terrace (usage at own risk/insurance).A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
