Newly built (2023) vacation home with hot tub at Grønhøj Strand. The vacation home is tastefully decorated and includes an activity room and outdoor hot tub. If you want something out of the ordinary, this modern house is worth a closer look. There is plenty of space, fun activities, and high ceilings for the whole family or several families who want to go away together.The heart of the vacation home is a large, open living room with good acoustics, connected to the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to get together and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie, or whatever else takes your fancy. The room has several windows and skylights, allowing the fascinating North Jutland light to stream in, and on warm days you can open up to the lovely wooden terrace. The holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and a heat pump. The annex is a popular hangout for the youngest members of the family – here is a bright activity room with darts, pool table, and table tennis, and the annex is the perfect den for fun, games, and play. There is both an outdoor shower with cold and hot water and a hot tub on the terrace, so you can look forward to a real wellness session under the open sky. On the large terrace connecting the cottage and the annex, you also have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the summer weather as well as the peace and quiet of the large grounds with views over the fields. And no neighbors to disturb you. There is also a garden grill. Not available for rental to youth groups. Free access to the water park in Blokhus.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
