Our second time back. Very nicely maintained everything is beautiful.. The manager Viviana is very very attentive. It is just about perfect!!

Nothing not to like. You are on the edge of the Mediterranean with breathtaking views.

Right on the water and thermal pools onsite. Fabulous breakfast and À la carte lunch and dinner menu was great. Fresh food. Daybed reservation is good too. Live music for lunchtime was electric! Good aircon! Like the fact that the pools are emptied and cleaned every afternoon. Lola the Labrador! 🐶 Viviana was also a fabulous organiser!

Drive from the Port with transfer a little confronting as van is really small (for 4 adults & 5 bags) and squeezes down the walking path down to the hotel! 😮 People take your daybed if you don’t secure it with personal belongings. No kettle/milk/cups in room. No black tea available in restaurant. No specific smoking area, they smoke/vape just about everywhere! Some people were even vaping in the interior dining area. 😮 Bathroom soap etc is limited, so bring your own. Double check billing on check out as we were charged for beers, but we never had any. Loud music on the Monday night above hotel which went to nearly 3am! Bed mattresses were pretty firm.

I liked this hotel so much I have already recommended it to several close friends. The food was very good, the fish fresh, in fact we ate every dinner on the island at the restaurant.

I probably should have taken the ferry into Ischia Port rather than the Casamicciola Terme for a smooth ferry to hotel transition.

Beautiful property and off the beaten path.

The restaurant was over priced and underwhelming. There was no one to make pizza our entire four day visit. They ran out of vodka and didn’t have any 0% alcohol beer. At check in we showed our passports as ID. Then they took photos (on a personal phone) of them, at which point anything could be done with pics. There has to be a better, safer way. We rented mopeds from the hotel. Don’t. We were meant to get two and they only brought one. Nearly 4 hours later. They also charged 50€ which was nearly double the daily rate elsewhere. But being at their property you are limited for transport options … The room was advertised as a king bed, but it wasn’t. It was two singles pushed together.
