Wonderful time in Newport Beach. Albert was very responsive and made everything run smoothly. If I were to offer one minor bit of feedback - add a screen door on front door facing the ocean or replace the front windows (sealed/not able to open), as it would be a big difference maker for allowing those great ocean breezes to cool the place day/night.

Place and location were great. Enjoyed the outdoor patio being on 2nd floor. Would definitely stay again.

Property manager/owner was very accommodating with special request. Location was perfect right on the beach. great view of the ocean and a little set back so away from the busy boardwalk. All beach gear was there for renters use. We would definitely stay again.
