We do not normally rent beginning on Sundays but we have a couple weekends coming up that are a pinch between two other rentals and are allowing rentals to begin on the Sunday to give our guests and additional day to stay! Please contact us for details!

We have a 5% discount off the rates during the On-season, during May & September for 2 nights, during the week and 10% off if it is 3 nights or more and does not include a Friday or Saturday. We also have a 10% discount off days during the week, if it is within 7 nights of the visitation dates- please inquire for more details!

We have various 2-3 night dates available but, unless you put in the exact dates, our property will likely not show up. so, email us for a list of available dates.

Enter the driveway of the tall majestic pines that paint the surrounding area around your entrance to open up to a beautiful private lake nestled among mother nature and drive to your chosen cabin/cottage to enjoy the soft whisper of her breath as the breeze whistles through the trees and over the lake.

From inside, enjoy the smell of a fresh, sparkling fire, the flames dancing off the walls as if listening to a favorite song. And enjoy the many pine and custom accents that make you realize you are in the wilderness among mother nature's finest treasures! Enjoy the view through the many custom windows that will make you feel like you are outdoors with the warmth and coziness of still being inside!

From outside, enjoy catching fish that most people only read about, that will leave memories in your children's hearts, as well as your own, not to mention, the deer you see... the porcupines, cardinals, blue jays, raccoons, hawks, owls, fox, beaver, otters, bald eagles or any other numerous wildlife that those who are dedicated to find will! ***Calendar is displayed but please contact owner for current availability!!

Bear's Den is a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom custom home on a small, private lake and has its' own private entrance and the front gate stays locked at all times with only our guests and your guests having the access information making them even more private! Each home has its' own wood-burning fire place, out door hot tub (facing Serenity Lake, your own fire pit and beach so you can swim and fish right from your cottage!!

We have kayak, canoe, paddle board, floating oasis and rowboat rentals available or you are welcome to bring your own.

If you rent for a 2-night stay and it includes a Friday or a Saturday, it is a weekend rate.

Pets are $40 for the first pet, for 2 nights and $10 per night after that. Each additional pet is $20 for the first two nights and $10 per night after that.

Pets are $75 for the first pet for a full week and $50 for each additional pet.


Also, major holidays are a 4-night minimum; minor holidays are a 3-night minimum and the opening rifle deer hunt is a 5-night minimum. We do not rent Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday (and do cannot begin a rental on a Saturday or Sunday) Any other night of the week is fine. Certain dates are a 3-night minimum (including Cranberryfest weekend and the deer rifle hunt, which is a 5-night minimum for the opener and 4-night minimum for the latter half. And when there are 3 nights available between other families or groups staying. Please inquire if you have any questions! Thank you!

VERY IMPORTANT!! Because VRBO's format does not allow an accurate break-down of the rates for the on-season, off-season, weeknights, weekends and weekly's-ALL RATES ARE APPROX. Often times, we can offer a better rate than what is depicted as when additional guests are added, it can come out with quite a difference in the rate. So, please contact us for the exact amount depending on your dates, number of guests and which home you would like. IN MOST CASES, IT WILL BE MUCH CHEAPER THAN WHAT the rates will compute through VRBO/in some cases, it will be more. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The rates for additional guests is obviously more during the "On-season" but VRBO does not have an option for this. Also, for a weekly rental, the 20% offered, does not include the additional guests so the rate you will be quoted will be quite a bit higher than it actually is. Please contact us and we can let you know exactly what the rate is (not including VRBO's fee).

There is a Cancellation Fee of $100 if you cancel after booking, that is separate from VRBO's policy.
