private casita with full kitchen, bathroom, approximately 480 sq. ft sleeps 2 comfortably, use of pool, outdoor shower, dedicated off street parking for one car. walled in private home. renovated 2 years ago. great mountain views in the north end of town. close to downtown. Near world gym, short drive to the tram. great weekend getaway, perfect for special events such as modernism, coachella, stage coach, white party etc. walking distance to world gym. kitchen has a stove, oven, sink, dishes, pots and pans. We had a most wonderful stay at the beautiful and very comfortable casita. Alan is such a warm and gracious host. The casita is tastefully and elegantly appointed, with everything we could need and many thoughtful touches, including a full and well equipped kitchen. The setting is terrific, convenient to all the downtown destinations but set off in a nice residential neighborhood with grocery store and other amenities very nearby. We very much look forward to returning!

This is a cozy place that has everything you need for a week or two in Palm Springs. A full kitchen, a large private pool, private parking, and a perfect location. The owner is also very helpful and available if needed.

The property was fine. The bed wasn't ( it felt like it might break while were moving around on it)
We experienced sewer gas smell Wednesday morning and mentioned this to the owner. When we got back to the property and had the owner come take a look. He ended up telling us to " get the f--+off hos property. (He refused to even walk into the bathroom and smell what we were smelling) He said he was calling the police. So, we had to go to a motel. Unfortunate, because everything else about our trip was very nice.
