About this villa rental
Our house has a 180 degree sea view and is located on a cap on the edge of the wild landscape of a natural park area, Parc Natural de Mondrago. The park is famous for its beautiful beaches and beautiful hiking trails. Here you can enjoy carefree and peaceful holidays far away from stress and mass tourism in a tastefully furnished holiday home of more than 200 square meters including roof terraces. The cut of the house is Mediterranean, open and bright. The decor is based on Spanish traditions. There is a private small pool, a 700 square meter garden surrounded by natural stone and lots of privacy. The three sheep bedrooms all have exits to the terraces and each have a bathroom with shower or bath. There is also a baby cot and a high chair. Each bedroom has a fan and the sea breeze usually also provides cool air during the nights. The beaches are part of Parc Natural and just 1.5 km from the house. You can make beautiful walks or walks and jump into the water near the cliff. The picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera is about 3 km from our house. It is a nice walk of about 45 minutes. The medieval town of Santanyi with its colorful market is 7 km from our house. Here you will find supermarkets, many good restaurants, cafes and beautiful shops and art galleries. The drive to Palma de Mallorca takes about 50 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the sea and coastal scenery in the house and know that culture and city life are not far away!

Excellent communication from both property owner and manager. Met on arrival and given a tour of the property and advice on places to walk to get in the sea etc. It’s about a 15 minute walk or a short drive. There is a snack bar at the first beach (playa de S’armarador) or from this beach there is a path that leads around to Cala Mondrago another 5 minutes were there is a larger restaurant/bar. They are open all day/evening.
Santanyi has lots of bars/restaurants and we used Lidl and Eskoski supermarkets.
We also walked to Cala Figuera. There is a step, stepped path down to the harbour but it’s beautiful. We enjoyed a long lunch so got a taxi back to the villa for 12 euros.
The villa feels private and there is a good view from the balcony. The pool is small and solar heated….perfect for cooling off. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great place to relax and unwind.

Ruhig gelegen mit Blick zum Meer was will man mehr. Aber ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis. De lokatie is geweldig. Zoveel mooie plekjes in en om het huis. Het uitzicht was een feestje. Fijn dat het huis zoveel privacy bood. Enige nadeel waren de muggen.
