Welcome to Fernbrook Treehouse, a pet-friendly mountain cabin tucked into the trees at 3,700 feet in Maggie Valley. Located at the end of a quiet street with only six homes, the cabin offers a peaceful setting while keeping you just minutes from restaurants, shops and local attractions.
With two private bedrooms, a loft and two full bathrooms, Fernbrook Treehouse comfortably sleeps up to six guests. It’s a great fit for families, two couples traveling together, or a small group of friends.

The loft is located next to the primary bedroom, making it an especially convenient setup for families with children.

The cabin is also a convenient home base for visiting the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cherokee, Waynesville and Asheville.

Smoky Mountain Treehouse is located next door and sleeps four additional guests. When both cabins are available, they can be reserved together to accommodate groups of up to ten.

Don’t let the winding road leading up the mountain deter you; this is a very charming and exceedingly clean home that is both cozy and open at once. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is comfortable for up to five people with available seating, and the screened-in back porch is extensive and gives lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The entire home is exceedingly clean, the hot tub included. Word of advice, however: as of the time of writing (4/12/2026) the mattresses are in dire need of replacement, and I would advise travelers to bring their own pillows as those provided are thin and flat as paper. Given the other amenities and the price per day, however, the property remains a compelling choice in Maggie Valley. Many thanks to owner Brandon for the ease of communication and for listing this home for rent.

Great communication and understanding when we had to reschedule due to poor weather. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
