Very bad experience

Very bad experience

I booked the place for 19 days with my 3 teenage sons and when I got there I had to clean the all kitchen and empty cupboards and fridge which were dirty . To top it up the flush of the toilet didn’t work and there wasn’t a washing machine. Cables were in the way and it was so unclean . I had to book a different place has we could not stay more than one night. The proprietor then refused to refund me the full 19 days and still charged me for 4 nights. It was a very stressful experience
