Chamonix Sud - Chailloud 202 - Happy Rentals

The location was excellent - great views from the balcony and shops and cafes very close by.

We were given a wi fi password but in fact there was no wi fi at our property. The television was not connected either.

The view from the balcony of the Mont Blanc massif was spectacular. The location was quite good, close to the Chamonix Sud bus stop, many bars and eateries, and to the Aguille du Midi cable car. Plenty of towels provided, which was very nice. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine - a nice touch!

There is no air conditioning, and very poor ventilation through the apartment making it very hot and stuffy. Sometimes the outside temperature was very cool while we were sweating indoors! Although the location is convenient, it is located right above many bars and eateries which remain open and busy until 2am in the morning. This made it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep. The apartment was extremely cramped and small - much smaller than it appears from the photos. It was not a very comfortable experience as we could not easily walk around the apartment.
