Great location, quite roomy.
Happy rentals asked for a 50 euro payment to avoid liability for any damages incurred during our stay. Sounded like a protection racket to me. We photographed the marks on the walls, the broken lamps, chipped crockery to avoid liability for them when we left as there was no pre inspection offered - just the threat of liability.

Excellent location, great standard, well equipped and very comfortable. Clear directions on check in/out, easy check in.
Not a massive issue but the payments are managed by a third party agency called Happy Rentals who have their own T&Cs - different to booking.com ones. I luckily didn't have to change/cancel my reservation but double check Happy Rentals T&Cs if there is a chance you may need to cancel late.

L’emplacement du logement est super.
À proximité de toutes commodités.
Une superbe vue sur les montagnes.
Nous avons pu stationner notre véhicule en sous sol en toute sécurité.
Il nous a manqué un jeu de draps (taie, draps housse, housse de couette) pour le petit lit d’appoint de la chambre du haut, nous avons dû en trouver par nos propres moyens.

Proximity to pedestrian area for meals and shopping, and the train station. Rental was adequate for 4 adults. Windows and verandas permitted pleasant views of the mountains. Hot water in all bathrooms. Heating was efficient.
The rental is very tired and in disrepair. Holes and rips in the couches. Broken patio furniture. Upstairs shower head would not attach to the fixture to actually take a shower. Shower curtain was filthy and needs replacing.
