We had the most wonderful experience on our 4 day trip to Galveston. This condo is absolutely perfect, and I'm a very picky person. It had everything we needed and more. I'd like to note it does have a washer and dryer even though they are not pictured. I almost didn't book this condo because I didn't think it had them. It is steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We loved the Dawn Condominiums and if we return to Galveston we will be booking here again. Also would like to note that they provided a closet full of beach gear. Chairs, cooler, kids toys, umbrella, and pool toys. My toddler was so happy when I opened it and she loved playing with the toys on the beach. We cooked in the kitchen the entire time, had everything we needed and the charcoal grills were steps from the balcony, just bring your own charcoal. Bed was comfy, all the extra linens were so nice to have. The pools were very well kept and super nice. My husband used the gym daily and enjoyed it. Overall, this place was wonderful and I encourage anyone reading to book this condo.

Nice apartment for a weekend in Galveston. Me and my Wife had a very good time. Clean, well located, easy access to pool and beach. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean. Well furnished minus a TV in Bedroom. Had grandkids sleeping on sofa sleeper so would have been nice to have a Tv in bedroom. Location was great, short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. kitchen was supplied nice. Really other than the Tv had no complaints. Would love to stay here again. Bonus being on the first floor as I am a disabled veteran. Right outside the back deck is the pool and that was wonderful also! Great condo!

I will start by saying the condo was clean and the bed was super comfortable.
I am a bit disappointed because I tried to message the owner on the vrbo app weeks ago and did not reconvene a response. I even emailed the morning of our stay to confirm the condos number as the email didn’t have it in the body, but apparently the subject number was it. In my opinion, if you have a condo and you know people are staying in it, it would be good to check the messages there and on your email especially the day of.
I was able to look back at the evolve email to find the condo number. I never did find the time that the office closes-it was asked in my email. It’s 5 pm for those who are wondering.
Plus the picture of the two couches is not accurate anymore. There is only one couch and a chair. It said that it was say fully equipped, but it should be noted that there is no coffee, you have to bring your own. I was a little disappointed waking up to find that.
Additionally, I need to add that for all the fees-cleaning and damage fee (we should get this back since nothing was damaged), I shouldn’t have to strip the bed and take the trash to the dumpster when there is a hefty cleaning fee.
I will not be staying here or any other properties that they own.
