We always come and stay at the dawn, it’s beautiful and right on the beach and the staff is friendly and it’s clean.

Easy communication and easy codes to get in and out. Beautiful condo. Master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous! Brightly colored, cute living room. Comfortable couch and chairs. Having TV’s in both bedrooms was really nice. Condo and appliances were spotless! Refrigerator looked squeaky clean. 2 pretty pools. Great location for the beach and near by restaurants.( We went to Doc Holliday’s - it wasn’t great but we did go at 9pm though). Office manager was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go to The Dawn.
It didn’t ruin our opinion on the condo but two things- 1. The door lock itself is broken. To get it to be “locked” you have to use a handmade wooden bar to brace the door closed. 2. It’s right across from the beach which is beautiful but that also means you are right on the main road where you can hear quite a bit of traffic noise. But, that a choice you make- a little traffic noise but a beautiful view of the ocean OR quieter but no pretty view. I choose THE VIEW!

living room furniture could use an upgrade. Uncomfortable. The bedroom is large enough to upgrade to a king size bed, but at the least i would recommend investing in a comfortable mattress topper. As is, it is very uncomfortable.
