Loved staying in this beautiful home. Close to Disney and many restaurants and shops. Spent seven days there Beautiful pool. Emerald Island Resort was fantastic as well. I would not hesitated in recommending the home we stayed in and the resort as well. Will definable stay there if I ever return

The property was fabulous as it was close to Disney and all shopping and restaurants. Was a great retreat from the crowds and lines at Disney. Beautiful pool and hot tub. House was relaxing and very comfortable. Lots of space and lots of amenities.

The check in was the only thing we had problems with. It had nothing to do with the process someone made an error on the address and the people at the gate did not want to let us in they sent us to the office and they didn't know how to help us. Once we got ahold of the property manager they were able to verify we had the wrong address on our paperwork and helped us get it straightened out. But in the meantime my wife and grandkids were really stressed out that we would not have a place to stay.

Overall, our stay was just okay. The door code wasn’t changed to our # code given by owner, and had to contact manager. Took some time before we could enter rental. Again had an issue with door lock later in the week with it not locking and had to leave unlocked for manager to come by and change battery. The house was not comfortable temperature ready when we arrived, and was 80 degrees in house. Took most of night to cool house, and when this was mentioned to manager she didn’t inform us there was fans in closet, and I purchased one. Speaking of fans, what southern house doesn’t have ceiling fans? We had issues with the timer on hot tub getting stuck and running constantly. Lastly, the game room was cluttered with various house junk and not inviting to enjoy family game time. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and totally enjoyed the location to everything. Hopefully, our experience this time is a one off.
