About this house rental

Newly built custom home on gated, private acreage close to dozens of great wineries surrounded by picturesque vineyards. Short drive to Placerville and Apple Hill. 1 hour drive to Kirkwood for world class skiing or to South Lake Tahoe. Huge, well stocked entertainment kitchen, grand fireplace, pool & ping-pong table, wrap-around deck for incredible sunset views. Screened in porch for outdoor dining. Great access to hiking, mountain biking, swimming in rivers and boating in nearby lakes. King bed in Master Suite, Queen beds in the other large bedrooms.

The owners Chris Thompson was so incredibly nice! He had a bottle of a local vineyard awaiting us! The house was breathtakingly beautiful and manicured. The beds were super comfortable. Loved all the artwork, the wooden window frames, screened porch, view from every window, comfy l-shaped leather couch, and throws to keep us cozy. Everything was clean, tidy, and made perfect sense. We had a FANTASTIC time. I would say that this was at the top part of our best memories!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. So grateful. Thank you again!!
