Comfortabel en ruim appartement, inrichting fris en functioneel, schoon, volledig uitgeruste keuken, dichtbij openbaar vervoer in verschillende richtingen, rustige omgeving in de avond, supermarkt en winkels dichtbij.
Advies is om écht iets te doen aan de afsluiting van riolering. Plaats een sifon tussen afvoer gootsteen, wastafel en doucheput zodat onaangename geur en geluid van luchtbellen uitblijft of dat zeep vanuit de riolering naar boven komt (doucheput) vanuit ander appartement. Dit is echt jammer. De geur vervliegt bij het openen van de ramen. Gehorigheid vanuit naast en bovengelegen appartementen, maar voor mij niet als hinderlijk ervaren.

The location was perfect for me, as I was travelling for work, and the apartment was halfway between the city centre and my workplace. Also, it had very good connection to the city, using the metro, as well as to Sintra, by train. The apartment had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The shop is also very close and has everything one might need. The host or hosts were ok, although I haven't met anyone, but they were a message away when I needed them. Entry to the apartment was easy, using codes.
The sofa bed in the apartment was quite worn out and would need some cleaning. Some plumbing issues are probably caused by old plumbing in the entire building. Also, it would be nice if the host would leave at least some sugar and one or two coffee capsules, just as a welcome gift so one does not need to go to the shop immediately after arrival.
