Dont miss your chance to scoop up this bright and airy three-bedroom condo with updates galore! The 11th floor unit has a large private balcony, new flooring in two bedrooms and tile flooring throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as all three bathrooms. The living area has stylish gray and yellow furniture with views of the ocean from each window and out the sliding glass door. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks a lovely dining space. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, additional balcony entrance and oversized en suite bath. The second guest room has one queen bed and the third features two queens. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

The unit was very clean. During our stay, the elevator lobbies were constantly being cleaned by staff.

We were on the 11th floor and got an amazing view of the beach. The balcony was as huge as the photos have shown. All of the rooms were very clean including the living/ dining room and kitchen. But we did have a problem with the sand because no matter what you do the sand never seemed to got away. The beds were are made when we got there and all of the rooms had enough storage space for clothes and a closet but you do have to bring your own hangers they don’t provide any. With the accuracy of the photos for the most part they are pretty accurate except the out door tables they are not the same as the same as shown in the photos. And for the third bed and bathroom they are not together they are separate but the other bed and bathrooms are together. This place does have it’s flaws but I still think it’s worth the trip here especially with that view of the beach.
