About this house rental

Small but chic flat in villa in Località Gosparini, Lisciano Niccone (Pg) with incredible view on Trasimeno lake. Located at ground floor (3 steps), it has living with kichen, table, and sofa, fireplace. One matrimonial bedroom and a big bathroom with walk in shower.
The villa has 3 flats, and this is the smaller one.
Free parking inside the property, garden area, pool 5x10 m, 1,5 m high with pietra serena stone and sunbeds, umbrellas and pergola. View on the lake and green hills of olive trees and wood!
Near Cortona, Assisi, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, one day trip to Florence and Rome by trein. If you want to have all the villa as private for 10 people, please select the property with 5 bedrooms!
