About this house rental
Casa Montale, is a restored farmhouse set in its own grounds of nearly 5 acres, it offers total privacy and has no neighbours. Private pool for the sole use of its guests. 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, and small bathroom on second floor. Fully furnished kitchen with all mod cons. The property offers plenty of space to sit and relax, pleasant surroundings and gardens. Close to Senigallia and the sea 20 mins approx. Lots of decent restaurants within a few miles drive of the house. We are 20 kms from Senigallia, heading west towards Arcevia, in the middle of the Verdicchio wine area. (Not near Ancona as this site suggests).
Set among the rolling hills of Le Marche, with its own olive grove. The house offers total privacy. Yet within a few minutes drive of supermarkets and restaurants. Easy access to Senigallia, caves of Frasassi.

This is the perfect house to spend a few quiet days. However, there are a few nice places within a few minutes drive.
The house is top equipped.
Ian is also an outstanding host. He is very helpful. Communication with him is very simple.
All in all, we would definitely book the house again.

Posizione bellissima tra dolci colline, casa e piscina molto belle e confortevoli. Unico neo che le camere da letto al piano superiore sono molto calde, e mancano le zanzariere. Tutto sommato poca cosa a fronte di un posto davvero rigenerante.

Tolles Haus! Insbesondere der Garten mit Pool hat uns sehr begeistert. Ian und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns so einen perfekten Start unseres Aufenthaltes ermöglicht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

The villa was perfect. Nice property with a lot of character set in a beautiful valley, with a lot of privacy. The pool is fantastic. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
