Centraal gelegen appartement in het centrum van Ancona. Ruim, schoon, net gerenoveerd, prima keuken aanwezig, voldoende keukengerei, ondanks centrale ligging rustig in de avond. Parkeren kan niet nabij appartement, maar op loopafstand parkeergarage.
Keukengerei kan nog wat uitgebreider en minder gebruikt. Is 1 airco aanwezig en die kan alleen aan met de sleutel van de voordeur worden aangezet en als iemand even boodschappen wil doen, gaat die dus uit. Is daardoor wel erg warm en niet goed te koelen.

Debiera estar aclarado que si bien tiene ascensor hay escaleras para llegar al apartamento para llegar al ascensor y para llegar al apartamento
