About this resort
This beautifully decorated Villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 villa comes with 1 King bed and queen sleeper sofa. The other room has 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa. There is 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 fully equipped efficiently kitchen. The large villa has 1 full bath and one large jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The 1 large villa of the 2 bedrooms has balcony and the smaller efficiency’s doesn’t. The smaller villa bathroom has a full bath with walk-in shower. Also, both have a gas fireplace In the living rooms. All villas are connected. Sleeps up to 8. Washer and dryers are in both rooms.
The beautiful resort has a lot to offer. 3 outside heated pools open year around. A enclosed water park which has areas for children of all ages and a standard pool. Also the water park has a lazy river and 2 tube rides. Also 2 jacuzzis. There are dressing rooms to change in. Towels provided. Water Park tickets (8) included free during your stay for daily use. The water park is open Year Around. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the upper level of the water park so if your hungry or thirsty go on up and look over the water park while you enjoy your meal. Also this restaurant can be visited just for dining. You can eat it at the picnic table, take it back to your Villa or pack a picnic lunch to go to the Smoky Mountains. Great way to spend the day. The putt putt golf course is free during your stay. Get your clubs by the infinity pool right near your Villa. Free with stay.
The Activities Center has daily activities for all ages. Make a well-deserved appointment at the Serenity Spa. The Marketplace Store at the resort has a Deli, snacks and souvenirs for anything you may have forgotten or just want.
There is free transportation on the resort and picks up at designated bus stops every 15 minutes.
The location of the Resort makes it easy to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The National Forest is also a easy drive. Cades Cove motor trail is simply beautiful. There are many things to do in the area whether its a show, shopping, antiquing, nature trails, The sky is the limit.

The local trolley has a designated pickup spot right on the resort to take you either to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Dollywood is a short drive away.

Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 which is returned if there is no damage to the unit. Price subject to change. Very nice property and location. Room was as described and pools/water park were nice. Just wish the shuttles on property were a little more consistent with pick ups.

The room is even bigger and the nicer than I thought from the pictures (we had two adults and six kids in the room). The staff is really working to make a stay here wonderful. The location is ideal. Waterpark passes come for each guest for the entirety of the stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful! Will probably book this property again.

We stayed here for spring break and this resort was perfect for us. We had six adults, one preteen and 5 kids under 4. There was plenty to do and the shuttle made it so easy to get up and down the mountain. The water park was perfect for all the age groups and having a pool and put out right next to us was an added bonus. The location was great and away from the crazy crowds but very close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Highly recommend!!!
