La posizione è strategica, perché è fuori dal centro ma non così lontano da arrivarci a piedi. La tranquillità che c'è ideale per riposare. E i servizi che offre il residence e ottimo, dal mangiare d'asporto ai bar per la colazione e l'aperitivo. Lo consiglio vivamente anche alle famiglie.
La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la situazione per la spazzatura che per buttarla bisogna aspettare il giorno che la ritirano. Dunque è un problema per chi deve lasciare l'appartamento. Comunque noi abbiamo avvisato il nostro responsabile Maurizio che tempestivamente ha risolto subito la situazione.

- location was good, the beach was near
- we had a car parking place in the underground with extra money but it was safe
- a neighbor had cats and one of them came all the time to our apartment balcony
- pool and air conditioning were extra money
- pool music was loud from 9:00-00:00, no long sleep
- we had to pay a deposit that wasn't mentioned in Booking.com site

The bed was firm but as I like.great location for a lot of beaches. I think you need scar though but there is parking.
Just needed a kettle.
