About this apartment rental
Located in the center of Quartu Sant Elena near the Basilica of St. Helena, the house is comfortable and spacious.
In a few minutes about 5/10 you reach the Poetto beach by bike or by car, the first beautiful beach over 8 km long that goes from the Sella del Diavolo in Cagliari and arrives at Quartu S. Elena, where you can find different beaches Bathing to stay comfortably on the beach with your family. From Quartu S. Elena continuing along the coast and for over 50Km there are the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and consists of a living area and a kitchen that can comfortably accommodate up to 6/8 people. Always on the same floor there is the terrace adjacent to the kitchen ideal for dining outdoors. We also find a bedroom consisting of a double bed and a bathroom (pink in the picture) complete with shower, bath, toilet and bidet and sink top. The living room leads to the attic where there is a single bed and a castle for 2 people. The bathroom (light blue in the picture) is complete with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. In the living room we find a sofa that can accommodate up to 2 people if necessary. All rooms are equipped with SPLIT for air conditioning (hot and cold), while for the coldest periods there is a pellet stove in the living room able to heat even the overlying rooms.
as for accessories there is a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a fridge .A depending on the needs and for periods of at least a week we can vary the room accommodation including on request beds for children in the master bedroom or add double bed in the attic in addition to existing ones.

Points négatifs : difficile de dormir à l’étage même avec la Clim car il y fait très chaud
Pas possible de mettre Clim et machine à laver ou lave vaisselle en même temps ils faut revoir le compteur électrique
