Dear Lisbon - Valmor Palace

Amazing facilities such as the pool and loungers, the breakfast was delicious and slightly different each day which was lovely. The staff were amazing too :)

Absolutely beautiful room. I had room 4 and it was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed, the painted walls and ceiling were utterly gorgeous. The pool being open 24/7 is a dream, I loved being able to cool down after dinner with a moonlight swim. The staff were fabulous, so helpful and friendly. I loved that breakfast was included too, I thought it was a lovely offering each day. I don’t know why people have previously complained about noise - I personally didn’t hear any traffic or late night noise at all, it was v peaceful!

The only downside was not being able to bring any food or drink in to my room - it would be been nice to be able to have a glass of wine or something in the room without having to go outside. There isn’t really a bar downstairs so it seems odd that this is a rule.

The hotel is beautiful- both the outside and inside is cute. Breakfast is also nice and fresh. Staff is nice

they gave us the worst room in courtyard. There was an unpleasant smell in the room , Pool was freezing cold and you basically cannot use it.
