the condo building is excellent and well, well cared for.
Our unit, 403 was old, grossly dirty master bedroom carpet and moldy shower. The hall bath was much better. I paid the same price in March for a top of the line condo in Destin. I was expecting much better. When we walked in the door, I counted 8 roach traps on the floor. I didn’t set any of our stuff on the floor for fear of bugs. I never saw one the entire time we were there, but the traps made me want to turn and run. I will stay at that condo building again, but not that unit.

It was right on the beach and the beds were comfortable
Refrigerator didn’t work - they sent a small one that didn’t hold all our food and very little ice - main bathroom water pressure was low bathrooms at pool weren’t open and no lights at pool at night
