Unfortunately when we arrived the host told us that he had no cleaner and he could not accomodate us. After some back and forward an hour has passed and after we insisted he found us another place which we have to say it was wonderful. rated by booking.com at 9.3

Betrüger
Der Gastgeber hat uns einen Tag vor der Anreise mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung aktuell belegt sei, obwohl ich fehlerfrei über booking gebucht habe. Er meinte ich soll von mir aus stornieren und er würde angeblich das Geld zurücküberweisen. Das wäre aber nicht meine Aufgabe gewesen, sondern die des Gastgebers. Er hat auch nicht angeboten für einen Ersatz zu sorgen. Hätte ich nicht angerufen, um zu fragen, wie die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, hätte ich wohl wie meine Vorgänger erst bei der Ankunft davon erfahren. Das ist wohl ganz klar eine Betrugsmasche, Finger weg!

Helemaal niets.
Wij kregen tijdens onze rit van Nederland naar Oostenrijk, nadat alles al bevestigd was een bericht dat deze accommodatie permanent gesloten is en ons niet kon ontvangen. Laat in de avond, net voor onze eerste hotelkamer incheck. Niemand meer bereikbaar. Zelf snel een alternatief gezocht, want we wilden vroeg in de ochtend de navigatie op het volgende adres. Gelijk bij opening Booking.com gebeld. Kom je in een discussie dat de eigenaar eerst aan booking moet bevestigen dat ze dicht zijn en een alternatief moet bieden. Aangegeven dat die ruimte er niet was en we adventure cabins geboekt hadden. Belt 30 uur later, op de camping geïnstalleerd en al booking ons om de alternatieven voor een datum een dag eerder door te nemen en te boeken.. meerdere keren moeten uitleggen dat het achterhaald was en we inmiddels op locatie zijn. Hele rare gesprekken met personen waarvan het taalbegrip minimaal lijkt te zijn. Uiteindelijk een compensatie van € 26,- terwijl we echt duurder uit waren. Hele rare ervaring!

Die Wohnung wurde uns telefonisch kurz vor der Ankunft (wobei der Anbieter nur schwer erreicht werden konnte) nach schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigung storniert. Es war eine sehr schlechte Überraschung. Sowas ist uns noch nie passiert!
