The hostess was lovely, very friendly and helpful. I had left something there and she sent it on for me to my new hotel, thank you so very much Nha. The apartment was the cleanest accomodation I have stayed in, in the 3 consecutive years of coming to VN. The cleaner was totally amazing and thorough with her job. I wish I could have taken her on the rest of my trip with me and then back home to NZ. She was also a very happy, friendly and polite lady. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again next year. Hai was also very happy and friendly. Improvements and maintenance were constantly being done, but without any disruption to my stay. The rooftop garden is a very pleasant area.

The 1 thing would be the little red ants, quite a few of them and not just in the kitchen area but also the bathroom and on and in the bed.

Rooms are clean and easy to find. Have elevator.

Well equipped. Quiet.

No window looking to outside (expected). Fitted sheet was pilled and a bit rough. They could use new bed sheets so they are smoother.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It’s in a modern building with cards and codes so everything feels safe (there’s elevator too, if you have big luggage). I really enjoyed the shower, with hot water always available and a great water pressure. There’s a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook, and the AC works great too. The WiFi works perfectly, I was able to work. Communication with the host was done mostly on WhatsApp, which was easy and convenient (they are friendly and responded super quick).

Location is not super central for sightseeing (30 mins walking to city center), but you can easily get a Grab.
