Villa Kaya - Yellow Suite W/Golf Cart - Ocean Front

As others have said, Teresa makes you feel like family. Communication was always prompt and the property was so clean and inviting. The online listing doesn’t do it justice!! The AC works great, for those that like to sleep with a cooler temp. While the beach located outside the property had a lot of seaweed, the West side of the island is a quick cart ride away. We literally had the entire beach to ourselves, which is a dream!!Locals are extremely nice, and offer so many recommendations once they know you’re staying on-island. I highly recommend the clear bottom boat mangrove tour with Compton and his team, as well as the snorkel/conch dive/Gibb’sCay stingray excursions through Ecxlusive Escapes. We stayed for a week and literally thought about not going home. Best vacation ever, and we’ll absolutely be back in Feb/Mar for whale watching!!

This was the perfect getaway for us. It was quite and peaceful with an awesome view. Host was on top of everything she responded to our text immediately. I’m said to be hard to please let me say I WAS PLEASED ‼ 10/10

If there were a 10 star rating Teresa would have exceeded the mark hands down. She and her husband are the kind of people you wish were your family. In fact, we left feeling that they are. The Villa Kaya is a very special property with everything (and I mean everything) you need for a magical stay on a magical Island. The property was super clean, the view astonishing, the tips to local fare and activities priceless. I travel a lot and I have never felt so welcomed and genuinely cared for. The words of Timothy Leary are especially apropos in this instance:“ Who knows what you might learn from taking a chance on conversation with a stranger? Everyone carries a piece of the puzzle. Nobody comes into your life by mere coincidence. Trust your instincts. Do the unexpected. Find the others…” With “others” like Teresa and Renato we feel blessed. Of course, I’m not surprised they are a guest favourite. Fortunate guests is our feeling. Book early because this gem and these people attract attention. Thank you for having us.
