The studio consists of a well-appointed living area, equipped with a double bed (160 cm) for comfortable sleeping, as well as a brand new and very comfortable sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping solution similar to a real bed. The integrated kitchenette is equipped for everyday needs, ideal for preparing light meals. The shower room with toilet is pleasant.
The entire apartment has been entirely designed to optimize space and ensure the comfort of its occupants. The accommodation is naturally air-conditioned, making it a pleasant place to stay in any season.

Located in the city center, this studio offers a pleasant setting, while being close to all shops: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and public transport. La Croisette and the beaches are less than a two-minute walk away, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot.

Studio très agréable à deux pas de la croisette et 5 mn à pied du palais des festivals par le bord de mer !!
Le quartier est tranquille mais reste vivant,, vous pouvez trouver tout type de restaurants dans un rayon de 200m .
Le studio est bien équipé (vaisselle pour 4/tire bouchon et ouvre boite/plaque de cuisson/ frigo /machine à laver/ cafetière nespresso , etc..)
Il y a également quelques condiments / sauces/ sucre et capsules nespresso( idéal pour le début)
Le contact avec les propriétaires est super rapide et très convivial.
Le balcon terrasse est très agréable.
En bref très bon séjour.

This was my first Airbnb experience but surely not the last. I was greeted on time and shown around the access to the apartment and the amenities on the apartment.
There was a bottle of water on the fridge and Nespresso machine with capsules ( I was invited to consume )
All very clean, organized..... The only difference between the studio and a 5 star suite was that I made my bed (and the price)
Highly recommend this apartment studio.

We rented the small studio , the owner gave me the keys explained one or two things and left.
The apartment is well located but had road works infront , & the dust and noise was quite an ordeal during the entire 9 days, also Internet & coffee machine didn’t work .
The last day we. ( wife & myself) were to give back the only set of keys ( one set only ..... very unpractical! To the owner. Five minutes before the meeting he explained that all I had to do was leave the key inside ... a cleaner had a set and was coming to clean.
Unfortunately, the key was left in the lock as we left , this led us to have to pay 90€ for the opening of the door.... we thought that the lock could open even if you left the key in the door .... so to conclude, avoid this apartment.
