About this apartment rental
Typical courtyard house consisting of 8 apartments and shared garden with table and chairs. One covered parking space available for each apartment. The house is immersed in greenery, a few steps from the lake and only 2.5 km from the centre of Lazise. Uncovered bicycle parking near the building.
Included in the price is free entry to the Park delle Rose campsite and its services: free Wi-Fi at the campsite reception, slides pool, adult pool, children's pool, beach, children's playground, entertainment programme, football pitch, fitness area and ping pong. Payable: tennis court, mini golf, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar, pool bar, minimarket, bazaar, ATM.
GUARANTEED OPENING OF SERVICES IN 2025: campsite opening on 7 April and closing on 5 October. Swimming pools from 19 April to 30 September. Entertainment from 19 April to 15 September.
Bright three-room apartment located on the first floor, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer, table with chairs, coffee machine, toaster, cooktop. Sofa bed, Sat-Tv, Wi-fi, air conditioning/heating (only in the living room). Double bedroom with wardrobe, safe. Room with two single beds (can be positioned next to each other), small wardrobe, bathroom with shower box, bidet, mirror and washing machine. Access through stairs to the large garden furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. We suggest this apartment to families with children or groups of friends looking for a place near the lake, in a quiet location with all the comforts of a holiday village.

Nice apartment. Close to the lake, but not much of a beach. But the pool is great and there are always sun loungers around. Good prices in the bar. Good water slides. Really lovely hotel, lots of things to do.
The only thing was that there was no dishwasher in the room...and a paid air conditioner. Otherwise it was fine.

Third time we stay at the same apartment. 6 people, perfect location and with access to the camping sites facilities.
Big rooms and good kitchen and bath. And access to washing machine. Private parking is a big plus.
Check-in was very easy and quick. Very good with online pre-check-in.
With 6 people it would be nice if there was a extra set of keys. It requires a bit of logistic to make sure that the person with the keys is at the apartment when the others get home. And the door phone/bell does not work.

Wir haben eine tolle große Wohnung gehabt, direkt bei einer schönen Anlage mit Pool und viel Freizeit Spaß... direkt gegenüber eine gute Pizzeria. Das Personal von regarda ist super nett und hilfsbereit, sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Der Urlaub mit Familie, Kindern und Großeltern einfach nach so langer Einschränkung... Spitze
Bleibt wie ihr seid, es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Нашей семье очень понравилось проживание в этих апартаментах. Расположение прекрасное, до бассейнов и озера 2-5 минут. Идеальная чистота в апартаментах, площадь комнат большая. Кровати удобные. На кухне достаточное количество посуды , все новое. Вокруг очень красивая природа. Рекомендую этот вариант проживания для путешественников с автомобилем.Стоимость уборки 75 евро была добавлена к стоимости проживания в момент оплаты . До бронирования в описании апартаментов об этом сказано не было.
