About this apartment rental
Typical courtyard house consisting of 8 apartments and shared garden. A covered parking space for each apartment is available. The house is immersed in greenery, a few steps from the lake and only 2.5 km from the centre of Lazise. Uncovered bicycle parking near the building.

For a fee: tennis court, mini golf, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar, pool bar, minimarket, bazaar, ATM.

Three-room ground floor apartment consisting of a bright living area with a new equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, table and chairs, coffee machine, toaster, 4-burner hob, microwave and dishwasher. Sofa bed, Sat-Tv, Wi-fi, air conditioning/heating. New master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, safe. New room with two single beds, small wardrobe. Bathroom with window, shower box and washing machine. Direct access to the large garden furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Die Möglichkeit den Pool und die anderen Anlagen des Campingplatzes zu nutzen war super. Besonders der Pool und die Rutschen haben unseren Kindern viel Spaß bereitet.
Bei Problemen war das Team von Regarda Travel immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sofort gekümmert.
Dass wir nur ein Schlüsselset bekommen haben, war super unpraktisch, wenigstens ein zweites Set hätte man schon gebraucht. Man geht ja nicht immer als ganze Familie zur gleichen Zeit los.
Das es zwischen 18 und 21 Uhr regelmäßig kein Wasser zum Duschen oder Abwaschen gab, war wirklich nervig.
Hinweise dazu, dass es im Keller eine Waschmaschine gibt, wären gut gewesen. Auch wie man sich erstmal selbst beim Ausfall von W-Lan helfen kann (Sicherungskasten im Flur) wäre gut. Beides könnte man gut in die Info-Mappe aufnehmen.
Die Betten sind sehr wackelig. Man hatte Angst, dass sie zusammenbrechen.

Wir kommen seit Jahre in die gleiche Wohnung und treffen uns dort mit Freunden. Die Lage, die Größe, der Schnitt der Wohnung, die Infrastruktur/Anbindung an den Campingplatz sind für uns ideal.
Perfekt auch die aufopferungsvolle und individuelle Betreuung während des Aufenthalts durch Romina und ihr Team, hier gibt es immer Hilfe und gute Tipps für Restaurants, etc. Gut gemacht, ReGarda-Team!
Leider wird die Wohnung von Jahr zu Jahr teurer, ohne dass die einfachsten und grundlegendsten Dinge in Ordnung gebracht werden. Mängel, wie z. B. knarrende und wackelige Bettgestelle sowie eine Handbrause in der Dusche, die sich nicht einhängen und fixieren lässt (man muss gebückt duschen...:-)), wurden bereits im letzten Jahr bemängelt und sind immer noch nicht abgestellt. Auch das Geschirrsortiment (Besteck/Utensilien!) sollte man nochmals auf heutige Bedürfnisse anpassen. Mit vergleichsweise wenig (finanziellem) Aufwand könnte man komplett zufriedene Kunden haben...:-)

A lovely spacious property in secluded setting with access to nearby campsite with 3 pools, restaurant 1 min walk away & others 10 min walk.
Close to lake, less than 10 mins walk away.
