I liked the community, the proximity to beach and anything else we wanted to do. The studio apartment had everything we wanted. The firm bed was very comfortable. We were thankful to have the washer & dryer in-unit.
If I had to say something negative, the bed pillows were not the most comfortable, in my opinion, but everyone's idea of what is comfortable is different.

Ponte Vedra beach. Basically across the driveway. 4 mile walks and I never got to the end. Very convenient to Players Golf Club and PTC performance center where my husband took golf lessons. Kitchen well stocked for us to have all our meals there as Covid keeps us cautious but many restaurants nearby. Supermarket, shopping, spa services nearby.
While it is a large studio with plenty of room for two people it is still a studio. I am an early riser while my husband sleeps in. Not wanting to disturb him I moved the coffee maker into the very large bathroom which had plenty of counter space. Next year we will return to the same complex but hopefully in a one bedroom.
