The hotel’s atmosphere, the wonderful staff, the swimming pools, the beautiful green surroundings, and the peaceful environment were absolutely perfect. Everything made our stay feel relaxing and enjoyable, especially the tranquility and nature surrounding the hotel.
One thing that could be improved is the laundry option. Since this is an aparthotel, I would have expected either a washing machine in the apartment or a laundry service, even for an additional fee. Unfortunately, there was no option available for washing clothes during our stay. Of course, this was not the responsibility of the housekeeping staff, but I believe having some kind of laundry solution would be a very useful and important service, especially for guests staying for several nights.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικό προσωπικό, μοντέρνο ξενοδοχείο πολύ όμορφα φτιαγμένο μέσα σε ένα υπέροχο οικόπεδο με θέα στη θάλασσα. Τα δωμάτια minimal με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και κουζινακι με σκεύη. Πολύ ωραία διαμονή πολύ κοντά και στα Σύβοτα και στην Πέρδικα.
Το ότι δεν είναι πάνω σε παραλία και αναγκαστικά χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο. Όμως αν θέλει κάποιος κάτι κοντά με τα πόδια είναι η παραλία του Σοφά

Excellent pool. Friendly staff. Perdika is a good location for day trips to other areas. Good view.
Relatively quiet.
The rooms are very small. There is an awful smell that comes from the bathroom drains. The Apartments are not * beachfront * as advertised, the next organized beach is a 10 minute drive. The is an unorganized * natural * beach about a 10 minute walk downhill but it is littered and very unattractive. An automobile is a must if staying here. Nothing is within a reasonable walking distance.
