Four Winds 703 is a one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf-front condo on the 7th floor in the heart of Orange Beach, close to all area attractions.
Unit amenities:
• Balcony access from the living room
• Tile flooring throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for four and four additional barstools
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Hallway alcove with twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
• Keyless entry for quick check-in/check-out
• Parking: One car is included automatically. Maximum two cars allowed. Additional passes are $50 + tax per car (contact us to add)
Smoking Policy: Smoke-free building. No smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco within 25 feet of the building (including balconies). Designated area provided on the NE corner of the parking lot.

This was a great spot directly on the beach. Everything was very and clean and as described on the listing. There were a few things that could use a bit of updating, but nothing major that affected our stay. Also, the WiFi did get a bit spotty at times, but overall worked when we needed it. Overall great communication with the host and would stay here again. The balcony view was amazing overlooking the ocean.

Check in and check out we’re super smooth. Our unit was ready when we arrived and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The glass door to the balcony is old and not clear so it’s not a great view from the living room to the water and beach. It probably needs to be replaced. The pool and lounge area are nice and the walk to the beach is short. There are umbrellas you can rent with chairs, but there’s plenty of room for your own chair and umbrella as well. We went in late April and it was the perfect time because the beach wasn’t packed with people. I did not appreciate being asked to clean and put up the dishes and strip the beds. It is my opinion that those things should be included in the cleaning. I am giving it a 5 star in spite of the dish and bedding issue. Those things are not a reflection on the unit itself but the managing company.

Thank you so much for sharing this Condo for others to enjoy. It was absolutely relaxing to sit on the patio watching the waves. We had such a calm and relaxing trip. Close to everything.

The bathroom was dirty - had to leave and buy Clorox wipes to clean counter top, floor was dirty and toilet was way too low - seat was cracked, there was no ice and ice maker did not work. Coffee maker did not make hot coffee - had to heat in microwave. TV box had to be replaced - could not watch football on Saturday. Someone came and changed it out but it took almost 2 hours so that was an inconvenience.
