2 fans on stands did not work but fortunately the short fans did. Iron not much chop.

Amazing space. Perfect for our family:a couple with adult son. The location was great.
There’s a restaurant/bar across the street that was quite loud until 12:15am each night and the noise can be bothersome if you are a lighter sleeper. We also reported that one of the toilets was running as the button was stuck upon our arrival(Saturday)and told it would be fixed Monday but that didn’t occur.

The location is excellent. A few minutes from the station, from Tivoli, from the meat packing area and more. Could not be better located, there is even a craft ale bar across the road. The bedrooms are well separated for stays with friends and the living area is large and very comfortable. Excellent sized kitchen too, plus a small balcony. The area feels very safe and the apartment feels secure.

Excellent location, near train central station and close to all Vesterbro restaurants, bars and shops. Very large modern apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and balcony. Nice gesture to put some food and drinks in fridge and on table.
Washbasin was blocked with hairs - cleanliness could be improved. TV was there but no programmes, needs re-programming which we, unfortunately, did not manage. Then the overall apartment looks quite empty e.g. not much furniture in the living room. This creates a somewhat cold atmosphere overall. Some initial confusion on arrival with the local contacts - two different names and numbers were communicated to us, first Laura, then Cettina, but the one we should contact (Cettina) told us that she did not work for the agency anymore for at least a year...But finally everything worked out nicely with Laura.

Spacious apartment close to city centre on a quiet road. Very modern inside with 2 bathrooms which is a plus. It was such a pleasant surprise to find tasty things left in the fridge for us to enjoy during our stay. Bottles of water and bread and pastries were also left in the kitchen which was fully equipped with everything you would need.
The host is good at answering emails quickly
There are no proper blinds in the bedrooms or black out curtains. The back bedroom is the worst in the morning as the sun rises there and the sun is in your face from 4.30am. That was the worst sleep i have had on holiday.
More attention should be paid to the state of plates and utensils in the kitchen
Most drinking glasses and pots in the cupboards were dirty. The kettle was in such a state that we couldn't actually use it. It had 3 fingers of slime at the bottom of it.
The collection of the apartment keys was difficult. There were no instructions on how to get in the block of flats. We stood outside for 20 mins. Finally we managed to contact the owner ( his phone wasn't working ) and someone came to give us the keys. It was also disappointing that they left very quickly, they hardly showed us the apartment. It would have been nice to tell us a bit more asvwell about the area, what the closest supermarket is etc.
