We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the centre of Copenhagen and also easy to get to from the airport. It was useful to have a supermarket a few minutes walk away and also restaurants nearby. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of communal space, and had everything we needed.

L’unico suggerimento sistemare la serratura del portone di ingresso del palazzo e una maggiore fornitura di prodotti per il bagno (gel doccia e shampoo). Erano in bustine e sono risultate poche.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem geräumig und bietet mehrere Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereiche, eine Wohnküche mit Küchensofa und allem Drum und Dran sowie zwei moderne Badezimmer. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzplätze, mehrere Sofas und Sessel, und im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine große Garderobe mit viel Stauraum für Jacken und Schuhe. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert, obwohl wir aufgrund eines Busausfalls mehrere Stunden später ankamen. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, und wir durften am Abreisetag sogar länger bleiben. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer großen Straße, aber davon hat man in den Räumen nicht viel mitbekommen. Es war kein Problem, vom Bahnhof aus das letzte Stück mit Gepäck zu Fuß zurückzulegen. Für unsere kleine Gruppe war dies eine optimale Unterkunft.
Die Fenster sind nicht unbedingt zum häufigen Lüften geeignet. Man benötigt etwas Übung, um sie zu öffnen und zu schließen. Und ein paar mehr Ablageflächen in den Badezimmern wären praktisch…

Location of the apartment was good and made it very convenient for us to explore Copenhagen. It was close to public transport, shops, supermarket and cafes.
Sadly the apartment did not meet standard cleanliness expectations. The concern was not with the floors but rather with general dusting and cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and less visible areas. There was a noticeable build-up of dust, cobwebs, and visible black mold in the bathroom, indicating that a thorough deep clean had likely not been performed recently. Additionally, the apartment had a musty odor throughout which added to the concerns about overall hygiene. The presence of black mold and significant dust is also a potential health concern, particularly as we were traveling with a cancer patient for whom air quality and hygiene are important considerations.
Several areas appeared to require maintenance incl. disconnected or dusty bathroom vents, broken furniture such as the wardrobe, and shower rails in both bathrooms that could not hold the showerhead.
One bed was not made on arrival, although linen was provided, and basic amenities were limited. There was no shower gel available and only a very small amount of soap. As guests are instructed to remove all belongings and rubbish upon departure, there was no option to leave such items behind for the next guest either.
The check-in process also required the use of an app, with access details provided only at the time of arrival. For guests without continuous internet access, this created some delays and additional stress when trying to enter the property.
Lastly, there was significant construction noise during our stay. While this is outside the host’s control, advance notice would have been useful for planning purposes.
Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again. This was particularly disappointing given the building’s heritage and the convenient location.
