Your hosts, Rod & Melissa, will personally meet you for check in, assist with your luggage and orientate you with your condo, the Era Building and of course your community surroundings. We will share helpful tips of the neighborhood, local dining options, and the grocery store, which is only a block and a half away. You can reach us throughout the duration of your stay for any questions you may have, any problems that may arise, etc.....We pride ourselves on offering our guests clean, convenient self-catering accommodations, All-Inclusive rates, Victoria's best downtown location and friendly, helpful service (we manage the apartment and are always available to our guests)

The Space
Welcome to the Panorama Suite, where the name says it all. You will be entranced by the view the minute you walk in the door. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to this all expansive, awe inspiring view or the Gorge Waterway, the Inner Working Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountain Range. Not only has this property been equipped with high end custom furniture and accessories, the view is the Piece de Resistance!
Located 10 meters outside the front door of the Era Building is Fol Epi, Victoria's well known bakery & coffee shop. It's so convenient to spoil yourself with a homemade danish & latte every morning! Next to Fol Epi is Agrius, a farm-to-table, local organic restaurant, open for lunch and dinner! How handy!
The Panorama Suite is located at 728 Yates Street on the 15th floor of the Era Building. Our downtown condo is within walking distance of everything needed for a great holiday or a successful business trip. Our suite is a beautifully appointed 2 bed/2 bath condo in a new, modern and quiet building (concrete & steel). Fully stocked and tastefully decorated with care and quality, this condo will put you at ease after a day of enjoying beautiful Victoria. Long Term Guest Discount (over 30 nts).

This area of Victoria does not require a car, although you will have one reserved parking stall in the gated secure underground parking. You can walk to anything, the grocery store (1 1/2 blocks away), spirit shop, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, Theaters, Museums, Inner Harbour, etc......Victoria is at your fingertips when you stay with us at the Panoramic Sea View Suite.

Getting There
Victoria is the most walkable city in Canada. However if you would like to explore outside of downtown Victoria, BC Public Transit is exceptional. You can buy a day pass for $5 and cruise around with our friendly and knowledgeable BC Transit Drivers. Or you can go for a walk along Wharf and Store Street, walking along the Famous Inner Harbour, tour the Legislative Buildings, visit the museum, and then make your way to Dallas Road to walk along the ocean, looking at the sailboats and the Olympic Mountain range in the backdrop!
