Luxury 2-bedroom condo located in the beachfront residence 'Infiniti Blu', on a quiet private beach (Playa Imbert) yet in the center of Sosua, walking distance to all restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
This brand new two-bedroom / two-bathroom luxury condo of 170 sq-ms is located on the ground floor of a 3-story building: it has a spacious living area with garden/pool view.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people + 1 kid under 12 years old.
This fully furnished condo has:
- 2 bedrooms with A/C
- 2 bathrooms
- Ceiling fan
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, etc.)
- TV/Cable
- High-speed Internet, Wi-Fi
- Spacious living room
- Garden/pool view
- 10-second walk to the sandy beach!
For larger groups, several other condos are available in the same residence (for example p3945941, p3970167, p4284778). Massive discounts can be offered during the low season, and according to other parameters (number of guests, duration of stay etc.)
The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom, but make sure to register your guests before midnight).
Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

We had a wonderful one month vacation at our Hispaniola Beach condo. Hauke was there to meet us at our residence when we arrived from Toronto and our taxi driver Ricardo was at the airport waiting to drive us to our condo. Hauke was available whenever we had any questions and was very helpful during our stay. Ricardo was our driver during the month. He was always available to drive us anywhere we wanted to go. Our penthouse condo was Building 6 C1 on the third floor. The condo was everything we hoped for. Excellent free wifi and so many stations to choose from on our big screen tv. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our spacious balcony. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient. The kitchen is a chef's dream. Granite countertops and full size refridgerator. The grounds are professionally groomed every day and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very unfortunate that due to a bad storm the end of February the private beach was washed away. We spent many days sunning and swimming in the beautiful Infiniti pool. Just down the road is Alicia Beach and Sosua Beach and also a taxi ride to Cabarete Beach. There are also so many delicious restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Bologna's. I would highly recommend Hispaniola Beach Condos to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

It is an excellent oasis on the beach. The owners went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely stay there again.

Definitely a place you will want to return year after year to the stunning of the ocean and the sound of the surf; not to mention, the private beach, the infinity pool and the outside jet tub. Heaven on earth. Walking distance to Playa Sosua and its enchanting shops and restaurants. Vendors rent loungers, umbrellas and tables, food and drink, for beach service. Walking distance to all amenties and Sosua centro. Los Balcones has excellent security service. Free washer and dryer use. Heaven on earth.
