About this villa rental
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 2500 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

The house was recently renovated and had ownership change. There were some items that needed to be attended to during our stay, however, the owner and management attended us right away and resolver any issues. Next reservations should not have these issues due to the recent change and renovations. The house is very nice and cozy. The community is very nice and park is great for kids. The guess information in the room did say you can borrón a basketball at the front office but they do not have any. Only thing I can think of that was disappointing. It is very close to playa Sosua, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Guards and management is very friendly. There is a grill in the back yard. The yard and pool look great. All in all we certainly enjoyed our stay and would come back.
