About this house rental
Large studio with mountain area of 27m2 located in Vallouise "la casse"
Magnificent view of the mountains, balcony with table and chairs.
The accommodation is 5 minutes by car or shuttle from the station
Pelvoux-Vallouise and 10 minutes from Puy Saint Vincent. It is located in the Ecrins National Park, 10km from Argentière train station and 30 minutes from Briançon.
The living room includes a sofa bed convertible into 160 with good bedding. TV.(small internet pebble) mountain furniture, it is separated by an island.
The kitchen area is very well equipped: dishwasher (12 place settings)
washing machine, induction hob, large fridge, freezer, oven,
microwave oven, mixer, mixer, electronic scale, batteries
Tefal pots and pans. Several dishes, bowls, mugs
cups, many kitchen utensils, many dishes, electric egg, Italian coffee maker, raclette and fondue makers.
The sleeping area is composed of 2 bunk beds with lighting
individual, a large wardrobe with shelves, storage drawer under the bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, storage unit and a large towel warmer.
Separate toilet, ski locker on the ground floor, private parking at the residence
In season, you can enjoy free tennis,
a multi sports ground, pétanque ground and games for children
reserved for tenants and owners of "La Casse"
many walks and hikes (departure behind the residence) or
in the Parc des Ecrins, in winter you can practice alpine skiing,
cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, dogs
sledges ..... In summer, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, via ferrata, tree climbing
swimming, fishing, biking .....
Close to the rental, 5 minutes away, you have a pharmacy, shops
sports, mini-market, in Vallouise you will find doctors, restaurants, bars, souvenirs
Newspaper store, bakery, bank counter, tourist office ...

Un superbe appartement au calme, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (lave vaisselle et linge) avec en prime un appareil à raclette et fondu. Très jolie vu depuis le balcon.
A 12 minutes en voiture pour ce rendre à la station de Puy-Saint-Vincent et à 30 minutes pour Serre Chevalier.
Propriétaire sérieux. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :)

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour notamment grâce a l’appartement de Vallouise. La vue depuis le balcon est vraiment superbe même le soir on voit la station de ski de Puy st Vincent toute illuminée.
L’appartement est suffisant pour deux personnes, il contient tout le necessaire pour cuisiner. Il est confortable en général, a 30 minute de la station de ski de puy st vincent et a 35 minute de la station de ski de serre chevalier.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement pendant une semaine de ski. Le logement est simple, fonctionnel, et avec tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipement. Il est idéalement situé proches des stations de vallouise et puy saint vincent. arrivée et départ facile. je recommande
