New apartment in village house in the heart of the Serre Chevalier valley,
its environment is that of the old village of Bez, 100m from the start of the slopes.
The apartment is made up of 2 rooms for 4 people, classified 3 *** by the departmental tourism committee, careful mountain decoration.
Very sunny resort with many tracks and ski lifts. This stay will allow you to rub shoulders with the inhabitants of this small typically mountain village.

We were a group of three, and the house met our needs perfectly.We enjoy cooking our meals, and apart from lacking an oven, the kitchen had everything we needed. The toaster oven worked well as a substitute for a regular oven. The house was properly heated, and the host, who lives on the floor above, was very friendly.The only minor inconvenience was that the toilet was located separately from the shower. Overall, we have no complaints.Regarding the location: we chose the ski-in/ski-out route that includes a short wall, then follows a narrow path between houses, followed by a slightly steep climb in the snow. This takes between 5-10 minutes depending on your walking pace.Some people choose to walk down to the central lift. The return journey is more challenging - to reach the house on skis requires taking a long, green route, or walking back uphill.Additional advantages of the location include its proximity to the town center. While it does involve going downhill and uphill, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and a few minutes more if you want to enjoy the pedestrian area where most restaurants are concentrated.

The apartment was lovely and cosy. We slept well, the kitchen had everything you needed, Chantal and Jean-Louis were very welcoming and responsive. We loved the location in the old village of Le Bez and the fact that you could ski back to close by. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, place for skis and boots, apartment nice and quiet but only an 8 minute walk down the hill to the town. It is possible to ski back within 15 metres and you can walk 80 metres and ski down to the Pontillas. The apartment has everything you need.

I stayed with my son for 4 nights for a pre-Christmas skiing trip. The apartment is very well equipped, warm and cosy. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the historic village of Le Bez. The new Pontillas gondola and Casse du Boeuf chair are within 10 minutes walk. The owners live upstairs and are very helpful. The excellent La Cabassa restaurant in Saint Chaffery is only a 5 minute drive - well worth it.

The property was perfect for a couple. Cosy and extremely well equipped in the traditional village of Le Bez. Parking right in front of the door. The apartment is slope side and is a short walk across the snow to the nearest piste and possible to ski back in. Good Wifi connection. Owners friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a couple and would return either in winter or summer.

Very much enjoyed our stay here during Xmas week. The owner has created a lovely Xmas decorated hideaway at the top of the authentic French village setting of Le Bez. It wasn't far to reach the lifts in the morning and we skied directly back to the property a number of times during the week. Our car was conveniently parked right in front of the property making unloading/loading so easy. Very effective heating throughout. The walk to the local shops was about 10 minutes, providing an opportunity to get out, stretch your legs a bit and enjoy an apres-ski drink at one of the bars in the early evening while doing the daily shopping. Thoroughly recommended!

The small town of Le Bez is beautiful and is a great location for skiing in Serre Chevalier and the house is a short walking distance to the lifts. The property is the downstairs apartment in the owners house and the owners were lovely and so helpful if we needed anything. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with one bedroom and a double sofa bed and single bunk in the lounge area. There was also parking outside and storage for skis which was really handy. We would definitely return here!

Très bon accueil. Logement bien équipé situé dans une impasse qui permet de se garer devant l'entrée. Accès aux pistes à pied à 100 m, très pratique. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, je recommande cette location.

L'appartement a beaucoup de charme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Au coeur du village, il se situe à 5 min d'une piste qui permet de rejoindre les remontées mécaniques et à 10 min des pistes de ski de fond et de raquettes. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais disponibles si vous souhaitez des informations. C'était parfait.

Bel appartement bien placé (5min à pied des commerces et pistes de ski) et très calme (dans un cul de sac donc aucun passage de voiture devant l'appartement). De plus il est possible de garer la voiture juste devant l'appartement.
