La ubicación. Está cerca de todos los servicios. Parada de bus y taxi supermercados, restaurantes.
Tiene humedades y podría haber estado más limpio. Los azulejos de la ducha tienen moho en las juntas. No hay escobilla para limpiar el váter y había "restos" de basura por el suelo (un tenedor de plástico, coleteros)
