It was amazing time! We recommend this place for everybody!

This place is amazing. The chalet is surrounded by forest. The first night it was a bit scary, but later we got used. There is comfortable parking nearby, a lake is within a few meters, Ruka resort isn't far away either. Two-three hours to Rowaniemi (snowy days). -There is a kitchen, two toilets, a sauna, a shower, and two bedrooms on the first floor, and on the second floor only additional places for sleep. -You can control heating in each room. -There is a washing machine and a dryer. -There are some special devices against mice (if we get it correctly), no mice :) -There is a fireplace, you can use it (take some wood). We were lucky to see the northern lights, it is the perfect location to see them (especially on the lake)!

This place hasn't seen good cleaning for a long time. People clean it after their stay by themselves. I cleaned the dust and spider nets on our first evening (Cleaning stuff is available in storage). There are no shampoos, tea or coffee, bed sheets ( for an additional fee) - so take it with you. But it wasn't a big problem for us, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mahtava mini-loma lumisessa Lapissa!

The cabin was very cute, the beds were super comfy, and location great! The lake just outside was a perfect dark spot for spotting the Northern Lights. Would definitely visit again :)

The only downside was the curtains in the bedrooms, these did not block light at all and the street lamps outside are very bright, this distrupted sleep. I can also imagine that during summer when the sun barely sets one might struggle with all the light if they're a light sleeper. Would recommend bringing an eye mask.

Warm and modern Finnish mökki with a sauna

Fantastic place with plenty of sleeping places, electric sauna, proper kitchen, lots of board games. Also, it was super warm, so don't worry about wooden houses being cold. Check-in and -out was convenient thanks to a key box, so I didn't need to meet the host personally.

Location is great. Closest small shop, Sale, is achievable with short walk. It's even possible to walk to Ruka willlage

There can be some annoying sound from chalet next by. There's no outdoor storeroom for skis.
