Cozy between lake and mountains

An expirience to not retorn

Chalé dimensión is to small The clean don't existe THE outside part are a mess, without no organisation and with a lot of old things and toys for all over the place. I one of the rooms it's impossible be stand up because the roof is to low.

Está en condiciones aceptables para una estancia corta cerca de la playa. Sencillo y escueto.
La ubicación, andando para ir a la playa del lago. Éramos 5 adultos y 2 niñas pequeñas y por espacio, nos apañamos bien. Y la rápida respuesta de los dueños una vez estábamos allí a todas las cosas que nos faltaron en la casa e íbamos pidiendo. Serviciales y eficaces. No contestaban a los mensajes, pero aparecían directamente o nos dejaban lo que pedíamos en el porche. GRACIAS / MERCI
La limpieza, no lo encontramos "limpio, limpio"... No nos pareció nada bien tener que pagar por las sábanas, por motivos de COVID (ahora.., nada justificado), ni que no hubiera toallas ni que no contestaran claramente a los mensajes a nuestras preguntas. Uno de los colchones estaba al revés puesto! la 1a noche mi bebé y yo nos clavamos todos los muelles metálicos, hasta que nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente..pero cómo lo íbamos a imaginar. Las ventanas no cierran bien, no hay persianas y entra mucha luz, faltaban detalles en la cocina, había cosas vacías de los anteriores que no tiraron..en fin, detalles de falta de limpieza en general y de atención al cliente más detallada. Los colchones de las literas son de risa, de espuma y súper finos. Los que duerman arriba, si alguien sale a la cocina, pues se oye todo, lógicamente. La bbq no estaba lista ni limpia ni había carbón. No había colador, bolsas de basura, estropajo, bayeta nuevos ,ni lavavajillas, ni para fregar...Lo tuvimos que pedir todo, eso sí, respondían rápido y nos lo dieron. La atención de los propietarios es eficaz y rápida, nada que objetar al respecto, muy majos y atentos, pero estando ya allí. Nosotros lo dejamos todo muy recogido, decente y limpio.

Charmant chalet parfait pour court séjour
Chalet très sympathique, bien situé. Nous avons passé un moment familial très convivial. La proximité du lac Leman topissime. Animal de compagnie admis sans supplément. Accueil sympathique, réactivité, souplesse et disponibilité de notre hôte. On a bcp apprécié le puissance 4 géant en bois, addictif.
Chalets forts proches les uns des autres, manquent quelques petits arbustes pour créer des espaces arborés plus intimistes.

Agréable pour un groupe mais voir les à côté
La facilité d'accès. Le style du logement et la superficie intérieur et extérieur. La facilité de stationnement.
Les draps ne sont pas fournis. Des kits ont été proposés. Il a été mis en avant la Covid. Chaque kit est à 8€ par lit. Nous avons du réclamer les serviettes qui ont été fournis gracieusement. Le nettoyage serait à approfondir. Le logement comprend 3 espaces pour dormir mais pour accéder à la chambre lits individuels il faut traverser une autre chambre à lit double. Taxe hôtelier de 5euros par personnes en plus.
